Health Services - Primary Health Care

All Klinic health services are closed on all statutory holidays, Easter Monday and March 8th, as well as Saturdays of all long weekends

Mondays        9:00 am - 5:00 pm                 
Tuesdays      9:00 am - 8:00 pm
Wednesdays 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
Thursdays     9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Fridays           9:00 am - 5:00 pm 

All primary health care services require appointments to be scheduled. 

  • Most appointments are only allowed to be scheduled 1 week in advance for routine health care. 
  • There are a few appointments available each day for urgent health care needs.
  • Clients call Klinic phone line 784-4090 to schedule appointments with their Klinic health care provider. 

Primary health care services are provided for individuals and families, teens, adults, and geriatrics within our geographic community and for populations of need.

Klinic will help clients make choices about their health and address the needs of the individual.  Health care providers emphasize prevention, health promotion and education.
The services are provided by physicians, nurse practitioners, primary care nurses, reproductive health nurse, social workers, dietitian, laboratory technologists, medical assistants, community workers.

Within our primary health care services we offer:

  • General medical care, including heath assessments and chronic disease management.
  • Pre-natal care.
  • Immigrant/Refugee Health.
  • Latent TB treatment.
  • Hepatitis C treatment.
  • HIV treatment.
  • Unplanned pregnancy services.
  • Cervical cancer screening (Pap test).
  • STI screening, treatment, counselling and education.
  • Primary health care & reproductive health care specific for teens (Teen Klinic).
  • Social worker counselling.
  • Nutritional counselling.
  • Community outreach.
