Governance

 

Klinic is governed by a community Board of Directors consisting of fifteen (15) members, as follows:

  • Up to ten (10) Directors elected by the outgoing Board; and
  • Up to five (5) Directors elected by the Staff;

Any Manitoba resident who subscribes to the Vision, Mission and Values of Klinic may be nominated to the Board.

Directors are elected for a two-year term, with eight (8) terms ending one year and seven (7) terms ending the alternate year beginning at the Annual General Meeting.
